Do you find it difficult to maintain a regular practice? Much can get in the way of meditating: lack of time or appropriate space, the sense that “I am not doing it right,” discomfort, anxiety or physical pain. Join us to explore the obstacles to your meditation practice with the help of an experienced meditation teacher and a mindfulness coach. In this interactive workshop, you will gain clarity about what really gets in the way, find solutions that work for you, and walk away with specific tips, ideas and action-steps to help you take your formal meditation practice to the next level.
