Cucumber-Radish Salad

 
 
 

Ingredients

1½ cups plain low-fat yogurt

1 clove garlic, minced

½ tsp. salt

Dash black pepper

3 cups thinly sliced cucumber

½ cup thinly sliced red onion

½ cup thinly sliced radishes

 

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add cucumber, red onion, and radishes: toss to coat.

  3. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours, stirring frequently. Stir before serving.
