Chocolate Hummus
Ingredients
1¾ cups no-added-salt black beans, drained and rinsed
8 Medjool dates, pitted and coarsely chopped
1½ cup plus 2 tablespoons vanilla almond milk
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy, 60 to 90 seconds.
