Chunky Guacamole

 
 
 

Ingredients

2/3 cup finely chopped, seeded roma tomatoes

¼ cup sliced green onions

2 Tbsp. lime juice

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ tsp. salt

⅛ tsp. black pepper

2 very ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, and coarsely mashed 

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients (through black pepper). Gently stir in avocados.

  2. Serve immediately or cover the surface with plastic wrap and chill for up to 1 hour.

  3. Serve guacamole with tortilla chips. Makes 16 servings (2 Tbsp. each).
