Elisa Dreghorn

Director of Development

Elisa Dreghorn joined the Institute for Spirituality and Health in December 2025 as the director of development. She brings more than 20 years of experience with proven abilities to drive philanthropic growth, strengthen organizational capacity, and elevate organizational mission and impact. Elisa has gained a solid reputation for her strategic vision, creative leadership, and knowledge of the greater Houston area’s philanthropic community. She has extensive experience designing and executing development plans that foster donor engagement and achieve fundraising goals. Elisa earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Austin College and a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Houston.
